Mr. Sawyer has extensive experience in the architecture, development, deploy-ment and administration of call center technologies, account management, and transaction processing systems. He has a successful track record for design, development, engineering and management of inbound/outbound call center technologies across the enterprise. His engagements with Aspect (and prior iterations: Concerto and Davox) platforms cover the architecture, application and administration of the company’s different hardware system brands: UIP, EnsemblePro, Unison, CallCenter, and Spectrum; and software (Optimizer/Enhancement) solutions: eWFM, ALM, ECM, M3, LyriCall, AQM. And as such, he has coordinated or participated in the deployment, training and administration of 26 Aspect installations, mastering both the art and science of this technology space.

His experience covers roles as Systems Engineer, Product Manager, Project Manager, Senior Management, and entrepreneur for financial products and services in the mortgage, auto, credit card, and banking industries. He demonstrates a high technical aptitude, which combined with a thorough business sense, has allowed him to impact the bottom line for many companies in his years in Call Center systems, e-Business Management, and as an Information System Consultant. Additionally, his business acumen, enables him to relate to executives and engineers alike.
